On Saturday, Jack had his first visit to the apple orchard and had a blast! He was even a good helper with all of the picking :) (See pictures below). Unfortunately, he took a turn for the worse in the afternoon and had difficulty breathing. We took him to Express Care who then sent us to the E.R. We spent a little over an hour at the E.R. with a chest x-ray and nebulizer treatment and ended up with a diagnosis of bronchiolitis which is viral (similar to RSV) and we just have to let it run it's course. Thankfully, he is doing much better and was up cruising around today. Scary weekend for us, but glad our little guy is doing well.

1. Year. Old.
How is it possible that we have a 1 year old?!?! Most days I just want to stop time...or at least slow it down...to enjoy every second of our little man's life. But it has been so fun watching him grow and change with each passing day. He had so much fun at his birthday party with family and friends with a "Woodland Animal" theme. He loved playing with the cake and he even did a pretty good job at opening presents. At 12 months old, he is very close to walking. He will stand independently for 2-3 seconds and take 1-2 quick steps towards something. He continues to love to eat (in spite of only having 2 teeth...still), and getting into everything!! He loves to open the kitchen cupboards and pull things out and is really into animals and cars. He loves being outside and going for rides in the stroller. He continues to amaze us every day and we couldn't love him more!
